Please remember that if you book a Friday , I will most likely have my kids ❤️ Policies CANCELLATION POLICY: I understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request a minimum of 48 hours for all appointment cancellations. A credit card is now required to hold an appointment. Cancellations made in this 48 hour window and no-shows are subject to a charge of 50% of the service cost. Furthermore, a non- transferable deposit may be required if the client reschedules an appointment more than once. LATENESS POLICY: Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late to your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. The client will be charged for the last minute cancellation. REFUND POLICY: I take pride in my exceptional quality of work. I will do my best to ensure all guests are satisfied with their service. Due to unforeseen variables I understand that sometimes things do not go as expected. Please reach out to the salon within 48 hours of your service if any adjustments need to be made. While adjustments can be made, no refunds will bet issued, I will do my best to schedule adjustments in a timely manner. Please note that I did open up my Fridays but i will most likely have my kids due to not having a sitter. ❤️

Cancellation Policy

A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to any no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Please note that rescheduled appointments within this 48-hour window will also be considered cancellations and will incur the same cancellation fee. Additionally, there is a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be modified or canceled, and a fee may apply. This will depend on the time remaining and will be at the discretion of the stylist. Thank you for understanding and respecting these policies to ensure a smooth experience for all clients.
